Very Good

Great Breakfast, clean place, staff was pleasant. This was one of the better beaches in Europe, room had an amazing balcony with amazing views but adjacent smokers bothered my wifes asthma

The Shower drain was not installed properly so the water easily escaped the shower stall, the AC was not satisfactory, but fortunately it was not super hot.

Very good location, breakfast with many options, friendly and kind reception. Clean hotel, room and restaurant with cozy decor.

It's not a problem with the hotel, but because it's an adults-only hotel, many guests arrive in the early hours of the morning making a lot of noise, banging on the walls, knocking over objects, vomiting and making excessive noise in their private lives. My neighbor sounded like they were moaning into the megaphone, playing drums.

Excellent staff at this hotel, they were so helpful & could not do enough for their guests. Spa is excellent and its a hotel i would have no hesitation in booking again.

An excellent stay

The room was on the 6th floor with a partial view of the sea, of the upper double type with two beds. The view was excellent at sea. The services at the restaurant were excellent. Congratulations to the staff starting with Xisco, George, Juan Carlos, Mihai from the kitchen, Juanos. Reception staff also very kind and professional, congratulations to Angie.

For us everything was perfect. I have nothing to write if I didn't like something.

Good hotel, can get even better

Liked the rooms space and cleaningless, newly refurbished hotel, liked the balcony, liked the friendly staff

We did not like our too small and too old LG flatscreen TV in the room. If they put bigger TVs they keep guests longer time in the rooms and then guests order more food and buy more from their bar, a no brainer. We did not like the UNHEATED pools, both on the roof and on the ground. Heated pool means more guests using them and then buying more from the hotel bar and restaurant. A no brainer again. We did not like that selection of food on breakfast and dinner are of poor variety compared with other nearby hotels.

A great birthday treat for my fiancee on the 19th.

Upgraded from side room to front room - excellent. Dining room staff and bar staff very friendly, very efficient.

Pool could have been slightly warmer but it obviously is not heated and dependent on the weather.

Location - beach front. Staff, reception and restaurant. The Maître most friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Third time we have stayed there.

Room was exceptional and breakfast was really good. The best part was the staff and their kindness and hospitality. Our flight was late in the day, so they offered as free of charge use of facilities, including showers.

Affordable hotel for a spring holiday

Room was nice. Staff were helpful and had a lot of recommendations. Loved the rooftop

Drinks are a little expensive. Booked a taxi to Palma through reception. He tried to charge us a 8 euro hotel booking fee, although he was already waiting outside when we asked to call a taxi. Disappointing that we were not told this at reception before the ride or that we were possibly being scammed by a taxi that the hotel advised.

A wonderful location and comfortable stay. Everything I needed and more.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was always very helpful and kind throughout the duration of our stay. The amenities provided on the property were more than wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. Wonderful food, drinks, etc. The location was also perfect and had everything we needed within walking distance, and a bus stop 2 minutes away for anything else.

The only thing I didn't love about the room was that the bathroom (mainly the shower) wasn't well separated from the rest of the room. Also I wish room service was open later, it closed often before I was even hungry for dinner.

Very nice beach get-away

breakfast was amazing, more than enough choice and the morning staff were superb. Location is probably the best in terms of distance from bar street and beach area in front of hotel. The room size, shower, view etc. was as advertised, very nice. The thermal spa area is very nice to go relax after the beach.

The TV in the room had no english channels available, we were told it was a german area only so they don't cater for english channels. The aircon is a central system and only gets switched to cooling from 1 May, which would be good to know before hand. There was no coffee station for morning coffee in bed / on the balcony, apparently this is available in the upgraded rooms (we had side sea-view room), but also the restaurant staff was very accommodating with this. The pools were cold.
